Saudi Arabia's flagship artificial intelligence firm Humain has secured its first customer for its planned giga campus in Neom's Oxagon. Netherlands-based artificial intelligence cloud company Nebius signed a preliminary agreement with the Public Investment Fund-owned firm to offtake up to 50 megawatts at the data center, according to the announcement reported from Riyadh.

The 50 MW agreed with Nebius represents half of the initial 100 MW currently under construction, which forms part of the first phase's planned 360 MW total. DataVolt, described as a developer, was also a signatory to the agreement.
