Syrian Airlines will resume direct flights between Berlin and Damascus on November 10, marking its first service on the route in over a decade. The interruption is attributed to the impact of the civil war on aviation.

The initiative is aimed at facilitating travel for the approximately one million Syrians living in Germany. The resumption follows recent similar services operated by other carriers.
